REFLECTIVE JOURNAL
For this particular project, we are needed to make some changes to the interior and exterior of the building, that includes repainting the wall, repairing broken doors or windows, and repairing the flooring as well. For the group I'm in, which is group 3, 30 of us are divided into 3 teams for 3 different tasks. The 3 teams consist of wall mural team, flooring team, and window&door team. I'm included in the last team which is the window and door team. Our team tasks is to repair all the broken windows and doors, and we are going to add key lock for the windows so it will be safer. For us to have a successful and good results, we need to work together in team. Good teamwork will lead to a good results. And the most important thing is that each of us will participate on doing this project hoping for a great results.

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL
On Friday, 10th of May 2019, a meeting was held to discuss about the sponsorship for the paints. Not all of the group members joined the meeting, since only 3 members of the group was needed. And not only about the sponsorship about the paint, they also discussed about other things;
- There will be two trips, one to clean and one to paint/place flooring/replacement of windows.
We have to discuss who goes when because no need for one person to go twice unless they want to,
- The amount of paint we will need to send to the sponsorship team,
- That we have to provide our own transport to go there.
For the dates we are going:
- 1st June 2019 for cleaning and preparation,
- 15th June 2019 for final painting, floor, window replacement, etc.

One of my teammates and I cut the cork boards that are going to be stick on the windows.
We also prepare things and tools that are needed to be brought tomorrow for the site visit.
We planned things beforehand, things that are needed to do on the site.
Tomorrow we’ll start with drilling holes for locks, then paint the windows’ frame, then we’ll install the locks. Then stick the cork board on the windows. We will be installing the locks in a zigzag ways (will be explained further tomorrow). For doors, can start painting directly. And we asked in the group for Window and Doors to bring newspaper if they have it to cover the floors when painting.
PHASE 3 OF SITE VISIT
On 15th of June, 7 members of the window and door team went to the site. We are divided into 3 cars, so all of us arrived on the site at a different time. The car that I rode arrived at the site around 10:30 AM. Right after arriving, we decided the things we have planned the day before, we started by drilling holes for the window's locks, then painted the windows, then installed all the side locks. But unfortunately, we couldn't finish installing the locks for the upper part, so all of the window team will come on the 22nd of June to continue in the morning before the opening of the library.
22TH OF JUNE 2019
LAUNCHING DAY
7 members of group 3 went back on this day to continue installing locks and drilling holes for the windows, we were given a time to finish it before 2 PM, since the launching will be on 2 PM. So, we tried our best to finish it before 2 PM.
After installing the locks and drilling holes, our tasks are finally done. The mini library is ready to be launched.
It was a nice experience for me, being able to help someone to pursue their needs. Even though there were problems during the process, we learned something from each other, from my peers. Overall, I enjoyed the times I spent here in Serendah.
